We're a family business, involved in real estate, insurance, and the civic life of Media and surrounding Delaware County for over 50 years.

I'm Alan, owner of the company. Arthur K. was my father, who founded the business. I joined in 1972, became a partner in 1983, and when my father retired, became Owner / Broker of Record in 1987.

My mother, Betty Warfield, has expertly managed the office for many years.
