Michael Mattia became licensed for real estate sales in 2003, and in May 2004, was proudly accepted into the Suburban West Realtors Association. This earned him the title Realtor.

Before entering real estate sales, Michael worked for many years as a site manager in both the public and private sector in the subsidized rental market. He holds certifications as an Assisted Housing Manager (AHM) and Certified Housing Manager (CHM).

A Philadelphia native, Michael grew up in Delaware County in the Rose Tree section of Upper Providence Township. He has been an active member of the Rose Tree Fire Company 1 for almost 35 years. He also spent 6 years as an EMT with Media Fire Company. Michael considers this very important to validate interaction with a community.

Michael carries the same enthusiasm and vigor he had for rental management into his work with the sales market. While the real estate adage has always been location, location, location, Michael feels that service, service, service is just as important, if not more important a commodity.
